What I don’t do!
Although I can get my hand to most jobs. Here is a list of things I do not undertake.
- Gardening
- Roof repairs
- Gutter Cleaning
- Large Slabs (3×2’s – 600x900x45mm) – too heavy
- Painting (except small touch ups)
- Decorating
- Work at height with ladders – Scaffolding is an option I’d consider

All jobs are fully insured, estimate is emailed prior to job (unless small quick jobs).
My Rates vary from jobs to jobs, I usually provide a fixed price as I generally value quality and efficiency rather than time.
In case of unexpected changes of plans and cost overruns – I’ll discuss and agree with you the next course of action
